Role Summary:
As a Logistics Venue Manager, you’ll be at the heart of FIFA World Cup 26™ (FWC26) operations, ensuring that every delivery, movement, and setup runs seamlessly at your assigned match venue. From coordinating stock flow to overseeing essential On Location services, you’ll make sure everything behind the scenes works flawlessly so the guest experience shines on the world stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation and execution of the Master Delivery Schedule (MDS) for deliveries, bump-in, re-supply, and bump-out in close collaboration with departments and logistics vendors.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and organization of all product-specific gifting inventory, both inside and outside the venue.
- Partner with Guest Experience Functional Areas (FAs) to move requested stock from storage to designated areas, ensuring timely distribution.
- Monitor and manage inventory across logistics compounds and venue storage facilities.
- Guarantee the safe, efficient, and timely flow of goods throughout the venue.
- Serve as a key point of contact for Functional Areas, providing clear and accurate updates on logistics operations and delivery timelines.
- Work hand-in-hand with sustainability, waste management, and housekeeping teams to properly handle and dispose of materials.
- Track and manage assets that may be reused post-tournament, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Experience/Qualifications Needed:
- 5+ years of logistics, operations, or event delivery experience, ideally in large-scale sports or live events.
- Proven ability to manage delivery schedules, storage compounds, and vendor/contractor coordination.
- Strong expertise in logistics systems, inventory control, and vehicle flow management.
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to solve problems and stay calm under pressure.
- Background working in fast-paced, deadline-driven, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 lbs. (or country-equivalent measurement), with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods, except where sitting is required by law or reasonable accommodation.
- Conversational English proficiency required (additional languages a plus).
- Must be legally authorized to work in [Location] without assistance or sponsorship.

*This role will be paid as a weekly rate, based on 40 hours per week.
