We are seeking a Training Coordinator III to execute and help develop training programs for our production teams. This role ensures employees receive the necessary skills, and knowledge, to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate training activities in all shifts.
  • Responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area.
  • Obtain information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepare training materials; develop course content; determine methodology; and coordinate the development of training aids.
  • Ensure training program(s) meet company objectives.
  • Measure effectiveness of training.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas.
  • Maintain rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may monitor trainees.
  • Support team initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and support small-scale projects on functional/business initiatives as they arise.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • A positive attitude towards taking responsibility and ownership of tasks and outcomes.
  • An ability to think on your feet and find effective solutions to challenges that arise.
  • Comfort and adaptability in handling a variety of tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively to large groups.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure precision and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Some administrative experience.
  • Experience in training and/or employee development.
  • Take initiative to innovate and develop operating mechanisms that improve the overall team performance.
  • Organizational and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $48,800.00 - $73,200.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).

Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns. Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
