Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates in writing or verbally.
• Prepare reviews and analyze receiving and billing documents, verify delivery bills and discrepancies.
• Process shipping/receiving paperwork, Purchase Orders, and ensure backup documentation.
• Provide general clerical support: filing, data entry, scheduling, and maintaining logs and reports.
• Monitor deliveries by scheduling delivery appointments, checking in drivers, and tracking late deliveries.
• Assist with maintenance of equipment and supplies and support a team-oriented environment.
