Qualifications

• 6 months experience performing Walmart Logistics clerical responsibilities (e.g., filing, data entry) including 6 months experience with 10-key data entry
• Experience using email, spreadsheets, and word processing for documentation and reporting

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally or in writing
• Prepare, review, and analyze receiving/billing documentation and reports; resolve discrepancies
• Provide general clerical support: filing, data entry, faxing, scheduling, and report preparation
• Monitor deliveries: schedule and track delivery appointments, check-in and release drivers
• Perform basic equipment maintenance (cleaning, inspecting, toner changes)
