• Experience using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheet, word processing).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally or in writing.
• Enter, edit, and remove trailer information in the system and create/update appointment schedules for carriers.
• Coordinate receiving with docks and releases to carriers.
• Provide clerical support: filing, data entry, scheduling, reports, and paperwork.
• Monitor deliveries and maintain log of delivery appointments and tracking.
