Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Associate Technician Shipping/Receiving & Distribution in Hebron, KY. This on-site role handles incoming/outgoing materials, inventory control, and order fulfillment with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The position reports to the Distribution Supervisor and requires 0–2 years of experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to operate powered equipment. OT and lean initiatives are part of the environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives and stores product, picks and packs for shipment, and ships orders.
• Creates and maintains documentation for orders; reconciles inventory and conducts cycle counts as needed.
• Operates powered equipment (forklift, reach truck, cherry picker) and supports lean/quality initiatives.
