Associates of Cape Cod, Inc. (ACC) is seeking a detail-oriented Labeling position in the Labeling Department in East Falmouth, MA.

You will label finished products and in-process materials, generate packaging labels, and handle related DMS transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and at least 1 year of GMP/ISO labeling experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year labeling experience in GMP/ISO environment preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.

Responsibilities

• Label finished products and in-process materials using labeling machines or by hand.
• Generate packaging labels and perform related labeling tasks.
• Perform DMS transactions for labeling and packaging processes.
• Ensure labeling is conducted in a cGMP-compliant manner.
• Assist in monthly cycle counts and provide absentee coverage in labeling and kitting/packaging.

Description

PURPOSE:

Work as part of a team where needed, with primary focus within the Labeling Department on labeling of product, packaging final product for sale, and controlling of inventory in the Work-in-Process warehouses.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Labeling;

• Primary duties are in the labeling department where this includes:
  • Labeling finished products as well as in-process materials using labeling machines or by hand as required.
  • Generating packaging labels and miscellaneous labels as required.
  • All necessary DMS transactions for the above labeling processes.
• Assure that all labeling processes are carried out in a cGMP manner following all quality system requirements.
• Assisting in monthly cycle counts in all areas.
• Absentee coverage in labeling and kitting/packaging.

Kitting/Packaging;

• Assists Kitting Department as needed, in the assembly and packaging of finished product to be sold to customers.
• Assists Kitting Department with shrink-wrapping of finished packaging products using a shrink-wrapping machine.
• All necessary DMS transactions for the above packaging processes.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-plus year of labeling experience in a GMP/ISO environment is preferred.

• Frequent moderate noise is typical for the work environment of this job.

SALARY: $22.00 per hour

PAY RANGE DETAILS

The pay range listed on each job posting at acc represents the anticipated compensation range for new hires. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate's work history, experience, skills, and education. This range does not include the value of the total benefits package (if applicable), which includes, among other benefits, healthcare, dental, vision, and retirement benefits. Annual salaries are based on full-time employment.
