Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Logistics Technician to join our team. The Logistics Technician reports directly to the Logistics Lead and supports daily logistics operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, material handling, and production support.

This role contributes to accurate material control, timely production flow, and high internal/external customer service.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Minimum 3 years logistics/inventory experience.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Knowledge of Word/Excel; ERP/MRP familiarity (Costpoint preferred).
Understanding of inventory numbering and material control.
Forklift experience preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
Experience with military/government products a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform inventory functions including cycle counts, kit pulling, labeling, organizing stock, and order fulfillment.
Enter and update manufacturing orders and inventory transactions in the ERP/MRP system.
Track incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper documentation for all manufacturing orders.
Inspect outgoing products to confirm they meet measurements, quality standards, and specifications.
Assist with Return-to-Vendor (RTV) processing, including documentation, tracking, adjustments, and disposal when required.
Build strong working relationships with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams; support daily operational needs.
