Job summary

New England Life Care (NELC) in Woburn, MA is hiring full-time Logistics Technicians to support delivery of medications and supplies. The position offers hourly pay between $20 and $22 and includes benefits after eligibility.

You will work with pharmacy and nursing teams to coordinate deliveries and track orders. Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare field experience preferred.
• Valid driver license required.
• Excellent driving record required.
• HIPAA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively works with pharmacy and nursing to ensure timely delivery of medications and supplies to patients.
• Communicates expected time of satellite office deliveries to satellite office staff in a timely manner.
• Participates in scheduled patient rounds requesting and communicating appropriate information as needed.
• Keeps pharmacy / nursing / delivery staff informed of any new delivery requirements including time restrictions.
• Initiates purchase orders for supplies and Enteral formula, places orders and can enter electronic purchase orders in MIS.
• Oversees receipt of all products into the warehouse, verifies packing slips and reports discrepancies.
