Responsibilities include planning loading/unloading, ensuring safe packaging, determining transport sequences, and issuing shipping documents. The position requires coordinating inventory, data entry in MM systems, and coaching the warehouse team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of shipping processes and inventory management.
• Proficiency with enterprise systems (e.g., HOST or similar) for data entry and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise loading/unloading of containers according to guidelines.
• Ensure packaging suitability for transport and take action as required.
• Determine transport sequences for multiple orders; issue shipping and customs papers.
• Handle rush requests and communicate additional demand as needed.
• Input data in predefined screens in the materials management systems.
• Organize inventory control and movements in the warehouse.
• Coordinate inventory audits and cycle counts with the logistics supervisor.
• Coach and motivate logistics material handlers to meet production targets.
• Act as contact person for operational employees and interfaces.
