Job summary

Drylock Technologies Ltd. in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a hands-on Logistics Group Leader to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations and lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate shipping and receiving, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure safety compliance, drive continuous improvement, and provide leadership to logistics staff on the 2-2-3 schedule (3 or 4 12-hour shifts, 7pm–7am).

Qualifications

• Must have good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Must be able to read and interpret work documents.
• Must have the ability to work in teams.
• Must have the ability to perform basic math.
• Must have the ability to adapt to frequent changes.
• Willingness and desire to lead the logistics team in a positive environment while motivating towards constant improvement.
• Need to be knowledgeable about the receiving process of raw materials and finished goods, including the production entry process.

Responsibilities

• At the beginning of each shift, ensure all logistics areas/functions are staffed with the correct number of employees.
• Review and adjust for absences.
• Adjust scheduling of tasks as needed if employees call in or go home sick.
• Follow up on any issues from the previous shift.
• Manage changes to the shipping schedule and communicate with logistics personnel.
• Report potential shipment misses/shortages to Logistics Manager.
• Follow up with carriers when appointment times are missed for inbound and outbound loads.
