Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Logistics Technician to properly prepare, distribute, and receive cannabis and non-cannabis items across our Florida facilities. You will deliver cannabis products to retail locations, assist in receiving shipments, verify accuracy, and maintain traceability while working closely with teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have warehouse or inventory experience, ability to pass background checks and badge requirements, and a safety-conscious

Qualifications

Must meet state requirements for cannabis employees.
Able to pass all required background checks/fingerprinting.
Able to provide valid badging/credentials as required by state cannabis agencies.

Responsibilities

Prepare inventory in accordance to company policy.
Verify inventory accuracy by checking product descriptions, quantities, and lot numbers.
Ensure 100% traceability from materials to receival to transfer.
Load and unload inventory to company vehicles.
Transfer non-cannabis materials and documents to retail locations.
Unloading shipments and verifying against shipping receipts.
Assist in breaking down pallets and organizing shipping containers.
Maintain assigned vehicles and report damages or needed repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Other duties as assigned.
