Job Description

Perform a variety of distribution center (DC) functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, operating industrial equipment, loading outbound product onto trailers while monitoring and ensuring product accuracy and quality, and assisting in the efficient flow of merchandise in and out of the distribution center. Minimum Requirements
  • At least 6 months of order filler experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and power lift equipment (training provided)
  • Ability to work within set time frames and meet deadlines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions
  • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to work in ambient or refrigerated environments for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to read instructions and write short correspondence and memos
Desired Qualifications

  • 6 months of distribution center experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team to support all DC functions
  • Operate industrial equipment safely and efficiently
  • Verify and record incoming shipments, and route them appropriately
  • Follow voice commands and read orders to select merchandise accurately
  • Retrieve merchandise from shelves and build pallets
  • Wrap and submit orders for shipping
  • Load shipments onto trucks safely and efficiently
  • Complete outbound paperwork
  • Use power lift equipment to move incoming merchandise
  • Replenish order locations, including coolers
  • Maintain availability to work weekends, nights, overtime, and holidays
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
