The Logistics Team Member is responsible for unloading freight, breaking down pallets, unpacking totes, and stocking freight across all departments. This position is fast-paced and physical, requiring a friendly and efficient customer service approach.

  1. Split, sort, stage, and stock incoming freight to the sales floor.
  2. Move prepared freight to the sales floor in an organized, safe, and efficient manner.
  3. Ensure products are stocked accurately and in a timely manner.
  4. Return all warehouse carts and recover work areas to standards by the end of the shift.
  5. Clean shelves, product displays, counters, and workspaces as needed.
  6. Assist in maintaining merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
  7. Follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines, operating procedures, and standards for product freshness and quality.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Warehouse environment may expose you to temperature fluctuations (hot/cold), noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
