Job summary

Insight is hiring a Logistics Team Lead onsite at our Fort Worth, TX distribution center. You will direct teammates, coordinate inbound and outbound product movements, and ensure timely shipment of client orders to meet expectations.

You’ll step in during absences, drive tasks to completion, and contribute to a culture focused on Hunger, Heart, and Harmony as we grow together.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Some supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct teammates in their areas and manage day-to-day operations to meet production levels.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound movements within the distribution center to meet client orders.
• Ensure orders are shipped timely to meet client expectations.
• Take accountability and drive tasks to completion.

Pay: $25.72/hr

About the role

As a Logistics Team Lead, you will be responsible for directing teammates in their respective areas and managing day-to-day operations to meet required levels of production. We will count on you to coordinate inbound and outbound product movements within the distribution center and ensure that client orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet client expectations. Along the way, you will get to:

• Effectively utilize a variety of communication tools to ensure key issues are communicated to teammates and management.


• Provide support in organizing and facilitating department or company meetings.


• Assume the manager's role during the manager’s absence.


• Proactively take accountability for getting things done, driving tasks through to completion

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience


• A minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience


• Some supervisory experience


• Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill/perform the essential job functions
