This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:* Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.* Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, quality control, deliveries and shipping of products.* Work with the Inventory Specialist to monitor inventory levels and dead inventory to ensure inventory integrity.* Ensure that all products are handled, stored, and shipped in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.* Control the floor. Always know who is doing what task, make sure team members stay productive and on task, address problems immediately, keep workflow moving and prevent unnecessary downtime.* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall warehouse operations.* Communicate Problems Early. Inform VP of Ops of staffing problems, operational issues, or delays.
