Job summary

Logical Paradigm in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced SAP EWM/S4 specialist to drive implementation, document current and future processes, and train staff across all levels. You will collaborate with a cross‑functional team to optimize systems and ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities include developing process maps, training materials, and visual management tools, as well as analyzing data from Proplanner, JD Edwards, SAP, Access and Excel to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Develop and document as‑is and to‑be process maps and process details.
• Develop process documentation and training documents.
• Provide shop floor operator, team lead, supervisor, manager, and support staff training.
• Assist with system configuration, optimization, and maintenance.
• Perform data validation for systems and processes.
• Create visual aids and visual management.
• Establish manpower requirements and changes in manpower between as‑is and to‑be.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Maintain and manage project tasks.
• Develop and present presentations to communicate project updates.
• Collaborate with a cross‑functional team.
• Analyze data from multiple systems including Proplanner, JD Edwards, SAP, Access, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP EWM/S4 implementation and optimization across functions.
• Develop as‑is and to‑be process maps and detailed workflows.
• Create and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Train shop floor staff, team leads, and managers on new processes.
• Assist with system configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
• Validate data across systems and ensure data integrity.
• Produce visual aids and visual management dashboards for the team.
• Determine manpower needs and changes between current and future states.
• Advise on process improvements and drive implementation.
• Manage project tasks and track progress to stakeholders.
• Present project updates to cross‑functional teams.
• Analyze data from systems including Proplanner, JD Edwards, SAP, Access, and Excel.
