Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at GS-11/GS-12 level or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of data collecting, mission development, and customer service.
• Developing new approaches and reviewing process effectiveness for logistics solutions.
• With supervisory guidance, responding to problems involving supply guidelines.
• Conducting studies, analyzing findings and making recommendations on receiving programs.
• Responding to customer inquiries in applying and interpreting policy.
• Providing advice to operating/management officials on procedural interpretation and development.
• Education substitution rules are described in the vacancy notice.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and/or assists with analysis and investigation of issues impacting the WMS.
• Responds to problems or questions involving the implementation of supply guidelines.
• Provides advice to operating and/or management officials on procedural interpretation and development.
• Acts as a focal point for sponsoring/proposing improvements for the Procurement process.
• Interprets higher-level policies and provides guidance to distribution center commanders and prepares staff level reports and charts for management.
• Identifies issues and validates systemic or process concerns.
