OnTrac is seeking a Logistics Support I to help ensure smooth shipment flow, coordinating pickups/deliveries and resolving delays. The role emphasizes clear communication with drivers, vendors, and customers, plus monitoring air waybills and flight details to keep shipments moving quickly and safely.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and knowledge of logistics or dispatch.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers by phone and email, respond to inquiries, and review shipment documentation for accuracy.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries, manage new order requests, and ensure execution aligns with customer and vendor requirements.
• Monitor active shipments in the operations platform, track air waybills and flights, review driver updates, and maintain accurate shipment statuses.
• Identify shipment cancellations, diversions, and other disruptions, and develop alternate plans to maintain service continuity.
• Coordinate driver performance, investigate delays, and provide detailed escalations and resolutions to management.

Location: Remote - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $19.23 - $24.04, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $19.23 - $28.85. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Employment Logistics:

The Logistics Support I supports the efficient flow of shipments by facilitating communication between drivers, vendors, and customers. This role coordinates pickups and deliveries, monitors active shipments, tracks air waybills and flights, and helps resolve delays to ensure products arrive quickly and safely.

• Customer communication & documentation: Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email, respond to inquiries, and review shipment documentation for accuracy.

• Order scheduling & coordination: Manage new order requests, schedule pickups and deliveries, and ensure execution aligns with customer and vendor requirements.

• Shipment, air waybill & flight tracking: Monitor active shipments in the operations platform, track air waybills and flights, review driver updates, and maintain accurate shipment statuses.

• Disruption management & service continuity: Identify shipment cancellations, diversions, and other disruptions, developing alternate plans to maintain service continuity.

• Driver coordination & issue resolution: Coordinate driver performance, investigate delays, and provide leadership with detailed escalations and resolutions.

The salary range above represents the national range for this position. The salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base salary offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: Geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations.

Compensation decisions are made based on the specific circumstances of each hire to ensure fair and competitive pay.
