• Knowledge of supply regulations, procedures, and instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as headquarters supply specialist and advisor for logistics and sustainment.
• Coordinate with 92Y personnel and support supply, property accountability, and warehouse operations.
• Maintain stock levels for recurring and non-recurring items based on usage and demand.
• Prepare purchasing requests and research cost-effective substitutes and new products.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues involving special program requirements for urgent shortages; maintain purchase records.
• Perform property accountability and management.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming supplies and equipment; verify quantities and serials.
• Issue organizational clothing and equipment to authorized personnel; document properly.
• Reconcile property records and correct routine discrepancies.
• Process all supply transactions using logistics information systems with digital and physical accountability.
• Coordinate distribution of critical parts and equipment using standard carriers.
• Establish controls for the Command Supply Discipline Program and property book integrity.
• Provide SME support for hand receipt layouts and accountability procedures.
• Manage material requirements and maintain stock levels for authorized supplies.
• Supervise secure access to supply storage and hazardous materials storage.
• Review records to identify damaged, obsolete, or excess property and report transfers.
• Conduct monthly and annual inventories of property.
• Perform administrative support and liaise with teammates and operating officials.
• Provide guidance on regulatory changes and assist in submitting and processing transactions.
• Review supply system changes and update procedures accordingly.
• Serve as SOCNORTH protocol supply coordinator and coordinate with neighboring commands.
• Support SOCNORTH supply operations at remote locations as required.
