Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to participate in hands-on warehouse and logistics activities.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software.
Interest in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, transportation, or operations.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Dependable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Assist with inbound and outbound shipments coordination.
Support warehouse organization, inventory management, and tracking of materials and equipment.
Assist with preparing, staging, loading, and organizing materials for client events and activations.
Help coordinate logistics for company vehicles, trailers, and other transportation resources.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, shipments, and assets.
Assist with receiving, inspecting, documenting, and storing incoming materials.
Help ensure materials and equipment are returned and stored following events.
Assist with scheduling transportation, freight, deliveries, and vendor services.
Communicate with internal teams to understand project timelines and requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization and efficiency.
Support with maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment.
Assist with day-to-day logistical needs as assigned.
