Job summary

Health & Happiness Group is seeking a Logistics Internship to support the Supply Chain & Operations team in North America. This role focuses on strengthening fulfillment, transportation coordination, and reporting using MS Excel and basic e-commerce tools.

The internship offers exposure to multiple logistics disciplines, daily collaboration with teams, and a chance to deliver a concrete Procurement/Logistics project as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Excel is required.
• Experience with Shopify is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, fulfillment, planning, or logistics is preferred.
• Obsessed with details and highly organized.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to learn and master new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fulfillment activities including order review, entry, warehouse coordination, transportation coordination, tracking and invoicing; EDI/NetSuite experience helpful.
• Use warehouse management systems to track orders and inventory movements.
• Coordinate daily sales orders with customers, sales, and logistics teams.
• Capture and report weekly order fulfillment KPIs such as fill rate, on-time shipping, and on-time delivery.
• Contribute to new sales opportunities and fulfillment solutions including cost savings initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance to research and resolve customer compliance chargebacks.
• Support strategic projects including product and display launches; 15-20 hours per week.
