Team Leaders lead, motivate, and develop employees to achieve outstanding manufacturing results, while leveraging Continuous Improvement tools, improving individual skills, and enhancing teamwork. The Logistics Team Leader will provide daily supervision of the Cereal warehouse team. The Buffalo Cereal Warehouse consists of 42 production employees across all shifts, a shipping/receiving office, 24 Automated Guided Vehicles and management of the inbound and outbound flow of raw and finished Cheerios, Lucky Charms and Chex products.Buffalo is a multi-platform union facility with over 400 employees leading the safe, high-quality production of a wide range of products. This position will play a critical role in leading a safe and quality work environment.This position will work 8-hour shifts, rotating on a weekly basis – days (7a-3p) and afternoons (3p-11p).
