Job summary

Danfoss in Searcy, AR is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead a team of hourly employees and manage daily logistics operations, from receiving to packaging. You’ll drive safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement using the DBS framework.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will mentor staff, optimize inventory, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and developing a team.
• Genuine passion for creating a safe and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of hourly employees, fostering a positive environment.
• Oversee distribution, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Champion safety and quality, maintaining a zero-accident culture and high standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using DBS to remove waste and reduce costs.
• Own plant logistics including receiving, warehousing, material movement and packaging strategy.
• Conduct inventory audits and use data to monitor performance and guide decisions.
