Rhythmedix is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Mt. Laurel, NJ to oversee the shipping department, inbound/outbound shipments, and inventory management within a cross-functional logistics team.

The role is non-exempt and onsite, requiring 1–3 years of supervisory experience, ability to manage a team of 12+, and strong communication and computer skills in a Windows environment. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center
• On-site availability five days per week
• Willingness to extend hours, weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee the shipping department operations including inbound/outbound shipments and inventory control
• Lead a staff of 12 or more
• Schedule daily warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping/receiving
• Ensure training and adherence to SOPs across the team
• Assist in hiring and onboarding
• Monitor timekeeping and timesheet compliance
• Track and improve department KPIs and drive process improvements
• Participate in cost reduction or carrier optimization
