SpaceXAI is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead an hourly team within our logistics organization, driving safe, high‑accuracy inventory, and top‑tier customer service while applying the latest technologies. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, leadership, and hands‑on collaboration across shifts and sites.

The supervisor will manage performance, safety, and cost improvements, ensure accurate cycle counts, and optimize material flow with FIFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years experience in materials management or 4+ years without a degree
• Experience with ERP/inventory software and MRP systems
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities

Responsibilities

• Supervise an hourly workforce and address performance issues
• Lead operations to achieve zero OSHA recordables
• Oversee inbound, storage, and issuing of parts
• Drive continuous improvement across logistics operations
• Manage shipping/receiving and internal material replenishment
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize processes
• Ensure cycle counting and audit readiness
• Maintain FIFO and environmental controls for stored items
• Monitor workforce growth and timekeeping records
• Travel to other sites up to 25% and rotate 12.5-hour shifts
