JAS Forwarding USA, Inc. in Greer, SC seeks a Logistics Supervisor to optimize branch operations and service delivery. You will coordinate operations, supervise staff, and ensure reporting to the corporate office is timely.

The role requires leadership experience in warehouse/logistics, strong communication, and ability to manage to budget. Office-based position with standard business hours and a focus on customer service and process improvement.

Formación

• Degree in supply chain and logistics.
• 3+ years’ experience in warehouse industry.
• 1+ years’ experience in leadership role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Familiar with logistics process.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the Operations and Service Level of the operations.
• Support the managers to manage the operations to budget.
• Responsible for the timely administration of all reporting to the corporate office.
• Responsible for the scheduling and supervision of the staff at the Branch.
• Ability to tailor communication according to audience.
• Demonstrate leadership through work ethic and commitment.
• Conduct performance evaluation for direct reports.
• Recommend hiring, firing and promotion.
• Identify and resolve personnel issues.
• Ongoing coaching and mentoring of staff to develop skills.
