JAS is an international, non-asset-based supply chain services and solutions company. Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.

The Logistics Supervisors support the management team in order to maximize the results of the branch through the optimization of operational execution and delivery of service for customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Coordinate the Operations and Service Level of the operationsSupport the managers to manage the operations to budgetResponsible for the timely administration of all reporting to the corporate officeResponsible for the scheduling and supervision of the staff at the BranchAbility to tailor communication (both written and verbal) according to appropriate audienceDemonstrate leadership through work ethic and commitmentAll other duties as assigned by Manager

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Implementation SupervisorConduct performance evaluation for direct reportsRecommend hiring, firing and promotionIdentify and resolve personnel issuesOngoing coaching and mentoring of staff to develop skills to the highest level

Salary will be based on skills and experience.

100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions.
