Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Experience supporting Air Force logistics, supply chain, readiness, force protection, or related operational mission areas.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, senior-level environment.
• Ability to develop and present findings, recommendations, and decision-support information to senior leaders.
• Strong executive presence and demonstrated professionalism when engaging with senior military and civilian leaders.
• Previous experience supporting Headquarters Air Force, Department of the Air Force, or Pentagon staff.
• Department of War or Military Department logistics experience.
• Familiarity with Air Force and Department of War policy, strategy, governance frameworks, and doctrine.
• Experience planning and facilitating senior-level conferences, off-sites, or strategic planning sessions.
• Experience coordinating across multiple Headquarters organizations, functional communities, or mission partners.
• Experience working with international allies and partners.
• Must provide onsite support four days per week.
• Must hold an active Secret clearance.
