Job summary

TireHub is seeking a Logistics Specialist in California to handle loading, unloading, and staging tires for warehouse storage and customer deliveries. You will represent TireHub professionally, follow safety standards, and build strong relationships with customers while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, at least 1 year of general work experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general work experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving history, with a valid driver's license (does not include driver's permit).
• Must be 19 years old or older.
• Familiarity with Manifest, GPS and Navigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks/box trucks/delivery vans).
• Follows TireHub safety standards with respect to selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders and position them in designated locations using the bin locator system.
• Operates equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet jacks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Conducts cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control procedures.
• Collects payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
• Ensures vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical/physical condition.
• Conducts pre/post-trip vehicle inspections daily and reports issues.
• Completes driver and vehicle maintenance logs as required.
• Ensures compliance with TireHub policies and procedures.
• Participates in ongoing training and completes tasks assigned by Supervisors.
