Starting wage: $19.00, with applicable wage progression after 90-day, 180-day, and 1-year tenure with TireHub.
Schedule: Monday through Saturday – Fluctuating day shift hours.
Role Overview: The primary role of the Logistics Specialist (LS) involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery, including the unloading and staging of products at the customer’s business location. The LS is expected to represent TireHub professionally in all customer interactions and maintain safe driving practices, all while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for distribution of tasks including:
- General Warehousing (40-50%)
- Delivery Services (40-50%)
- Vehicle Maintenance (5%)
*Adjustments to these allocations are made as business needs evolve.
- Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles.
- Follows TireHub safety standards with respect to selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders.
- Operates equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Conducts and participates in cycle counts and labeling as part of inventory control procedures.
- Collects payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
- Ensures vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical condition.
- Conducts pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and reports any operational issues.
- Completes all necessary driver and vehicle maintenance logs.
- Ensures compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures.
- Participates in ongoing training as assigned.
- Completes other tasks assigned by their Supervisor or leadership.
For this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of general work experience.
- A valid driver’s license.
- At least 3 years of driving history (does not include driver’s permit).
- Must be 19 years old or older.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and/or move tires (up to 50 lbs) with or without mechanical assistance.
- Capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Accurate and efficient loading, unloading, and placement of tires.
- Ability to work up to 35 feet above ground level.
- Ability to work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift.
- Follow traffic rules and regulations for safe driving.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Manifest, GPS, and Navigation systems.
- Maintain a forklift certification.
Working Conditions:
- Required to lift, pull, push, and/or move tires (up to 50 lbs or greater) following safety procedures.
- May handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment.
- Specific vision requirements may include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.
- Works in various settings, from non-climate-controlled warehouses to customer locations.
- Extended day, evening, and weekend work may be required.
- Driving during the night or in inclement weather may be required.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Driver's License (Required).
