What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires to and from transport vehicles
- Follow safety standards for selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks
- Conduct cycle counts and participate in inventory control procedures
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Valid driver’s license and a minimum of 2 years of driving history
- Must be 19 years old or older
- Ability to repeatedly lift, pull, push, and move tires (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High School diploma preferred
- Mobile Equipment Operator License preferred
