Job summary

A growing supply chain solutions provider is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support its Managed Transportation Services team in Waukesha. This role focuses on coordinating freight activity, optimizing transportation performance, and ensuring effective communication between carriers, suppliers, and customers. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in logistics and knowledge of various transportation methods.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics & Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of LTL, Truckload, FTL & Flatbed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transportation operations including scheduling, shipment tracking, and data entry.
• Ensure accurate load details and timely updates to customers and carriers.
• Proactively resolve service issues to keep shipments on track.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Build strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customer contacts.
• Support revenue and savings goals within Managed Transportation Services.
