Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of maritime market trends and project future developments.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients.
• Design and refine efficient logistics frameworks.
• Oversee vessel chartering and manage shipment operations.
• Coordinate logistics for domestic, import, export, and cross-border trade across three countries.
• Possess in-depth expertise in the logistics and shipping industries.
• Leverage strong networks within leading logistics and shipping organizations.
• Manage end-to-end processes for finalizing international transportation contracts.
• Negotiate optimal trade conditions with shipping partners.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements :

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a shipping company is required. Ideal candidates will have held roles such as Logistics Coordinator, Shipping Coordinator, or similar positions within the maritime or logistics sectors.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing, JLPT Level 2) is essential to effectively liaise with Japanese-speaking customers and headquarters.
