Logistics Specialist - Inventory Management

The Georgia Plant manufactures and supplies vehicle modules to Kia Georgia, including chassis, cockpit, and front-end modules, in a just-in-sequence environment. Responsibilities

• Manage inventories of general supplies and control parts inventory with cycle counts.
• Plan and execute inventory counts, review stock accuracy, and adjust systems accordingly.
• Investigate discrepancies and report results.
• Procure, receive, store, and issue materials.
• Coordinate with HQ in Korea and suppliers for inventory and packaging management.
• Manage warehouse product flow and optimize storage, including implementing 5S principles.
• Handle monthly closing, backlog, and support continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with basic purchasing and schedule deliveries from warehouses to MOBIS.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0-3 years or 3+ years in supply chain/logistics in automotive manufacturing.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proficient in communication, with proficiency in Korean language.
• Intermediate mathematical skills.
• PC literate with SAP and advanced Excel skills.
