Job summary

You'll contribute to efficient transport to job sites, perform correct data entry and reporting, and participate in a training progression to advance in logistics operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years related experience or training; equivalent combo accepted.
• Must have a Class A CDL.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to groups.
• Ability to perform basic math operations and data interpretation.
• Familiar with spreadsheet, inventory, email, and database software.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store, transport, and issue materials.
• Prepare all necessary paperwork.
• Direct the storeroom operation as foreman when needed.
• Keep accurate records of hazardous materials and test results per rules.
• Transport materials to job sites and other departments.
• Inventory incoming materials and verify receipts.
• Fills orders or issues supplies from stock.
• Conduct periodic inventories and track stock numbers.
