Sazerac is seeking a Logistics Specialist I to optimize domestic and global logistics, balancing cost, service levels, and compliance. You will prepare load plans by weight and route, support on-time pickups and deliveries, and work with customers, facilities, and partners to maintain supply chain integrity.

The role emphasizes process design, project management, and analytical skills to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver superior customer service across multiple teams and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in process design, implementation and improvement.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Help improve logistics services domestically and globally.
• Prepare optimized loads by weight and route; ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Eliminate stockouts, maximize load factors and minimize costs.
• Coordinate with customers, facilities and partners; manage compliance.
• Develop dashboards and reports by collecting data and KPIs.
