Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Experience operating GCSS-Army and completing supply operations.
• Proficiency with AESIP NSLIN module and property management tools.
• Valid state driver’s license and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform full lifecycle property management using GCSS-Army (request, receive, store, inventory, issue, transfer, turn in).
• Support Vehicle Control Officer functions and perform CSDP inspections.
• Prepare hand receipts and standard forms (DA 2062, DA 3161) and conduct inventories.
• Manage NSLIN and Management Control Number assignments in AESIP; NSLIN conversions.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and replacements as required.
• Ensure weapons and sensitive item inventories adhere to regulatory procedures.
