People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to support the 2SWTG HQ Property Book at Fort Bragg, NC. The role manages thousands of line items and conducts property accountability using GCSS-Army, AESIP, and related systems.

The ideal candidate will have active SECRET clearance, U.S. citizenship, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while handling physical tasks up to 50 pounds and routine vehicle maintenance coordination.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required
• U.S. citizenship
• Thorough knowledge of governing supply and maintenance regulations
• GCSS-Army computer-based training for Supply and S4; experience in GCSS-Army operations
• Valid state drivers license
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Perform request, receipt, inspection, inventory, storage, issue, delivery, turn-in, and preservation of property and equipment.
• Prepare unit and organization supply documents and accounts using GCSS-Army.
• Operate GCSS-Army, including parameter tables, alert processing, catalog maintenance, hand receipts, OCIE records, and ASN processes.
• Utilize the AESIP NSLIN Module and track conversion of NSLINs to standard LINs and National Stock Numbers.
• Prepare Inventory Adjustment Reports and Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss.
• Assist with coordination of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and replacement; ensure sensitive item inventories per regulatory procedures.
