Job Summary

Analyze logistics operations, drive continuous improvement projects, define methodologies and standard work, and monitor performance at the site level. Responsibilities may include inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, freight management, cycle counting, inventory control, transactional activities, and packaging.

Job Responsibilities

* Ensure a safe working environment.
* Develop standard work for logistics activities aimed at reducing lead times, costs, and improving customer service.
* Manage relationships with external partners like suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers regarding schedules and documentation.
* Create processes to ensure transactional activities maintain inventory accuracy in ERP/MRP systems.
* Analyze performance data and implement improvement actions aligned with the site’s Supply Chain Continuous Improvement plan.

Job Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**
* High School diploma or GED.
* 3+ years in manufacturing or warehousing/logistics, including ERP/MRP experience.
* U.S. Person status per ITAR regulations.
* Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
* Reliable attendance.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* GKN experience.
* SAP experience.
* Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping, Lean methodologies.
* Manufacturing systems knowledge.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Project management experience.
* APICS BSCM or similar.
* Transport and packaging management knowledge.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation Range

The hourly compensation range is $20.00 - $24.00.
