Pink Palm Puff is a fast growing global ecommerce fashion brand seeking a detail oriented remote Logistics Specialist to support freight operations in Canada or the USA. The role focuses on inbound freight reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and logistics coordination across our growing business.

The Logistics Specialist will manage day-to-day logistics tasks, collaborate with 3PLs and carriers, and ensure shipment accuracy in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience with 3PLs, freight carriers and partners.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience in international DTC/ecommerce is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile inbound freight shipments.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• File, track, and manage freight claims with 3PLs and carriers.
• Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and customer service teams.
• Support ongoing logistics and administrative tasks.

Pink Palm Puff is a fast growing global ecommerce fashion brand. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a detail oriented remote Logistics Specialist in Canada or the USA to support freight operations, shipment accuracy, and logistics coordination across our growing business.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring inbound shipments are accurately reconciled, freight discrepancies are resolved efficiently, and logistics operations run smoothly.

Position Overview

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day logistics and freight operations, including inbound freight reconciliation, shipment discrepancy resolution, and freight claims management.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced ecommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile inbound freight shipments.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• File, track, and manage freight claims with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and logistics partners.
• Communicate with warehouse, finance, and customer service teams to ensure timely resolution of logistics issues.
• Support ongoing logistics, supply chain, and administrative activities.
• Perform other duties as required.
