Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Site Operations in the New Albany, OH area. This role oversees warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping/receiving and inventory control, ensuring efficient site performance and alignment with client requirements.

The position requires at least 5 years in supply chain or warehousing and 5 years of managerial experience, with flexibility for overtime and weekends. Strong leadership and operational excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehousing or distribution.
• 5+ years managerial/supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and personnel activities in the facility.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff; coordinate with HR as needed.
• Maintain schedules and work assignments.
• Monitor time/attendance and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and 7S Workplace Organization.
