Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Pryor Creek, OK is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Site Operations to lead the warehouse’s daily performance, including order fulfillment, shipping/receiving and inventory control.

You will hire, train and develop staff, manage schedules, ensure safety and 7S, and collaborate with HR and maintenance. The role focuses on productivity, quality and customer service for our global clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, warehousing or distribution.
• 5+ years managerial/supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and personnel activities in the facility.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff with HR collaboration.
• Maintain schedules and attendance, ensure safety and 7S standards.
• Ensure efficient use of equipment and inventory control.
• Meet contract metrics and uphold quality and productivity standards.
