Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is recruiting for a Warehouse Specialist / Shipping Clerk based in North Kansas City (Lee's Summit). The role is a day shift from 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM on a 2-2-3 schedule, with every other weekend.

Weekly pay starts at $24.20 per hour and benefits begin on day one, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401(k) with match. Responsibilities include shipping, warehousing, and freight movement with emphasis on safety, quality, and service.

Qualifications

• 1 year related experience preferred.
• Shipping Clerks interact with managers, employees, vendors, and customers.
• Proficient computer usage and typing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and generate orders for all daily shipments.
• Direct and load outgoing trucks per schedule and manage paperwork.
• Operate forklift equipment with safety in mind.
• Maintain accurate plant receiving and inventory records.
• Assist in physical inventories and data entry for warehouse systems.
