Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC is actively seeking a Logistics Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support PM PNT and SETA activities under DoD contracts. Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against shipping documentation and government forms.
  • Prepare, package, label, and coordinate outgoing shipments complying with government requirements.
  • Maintain inventory records and property accountability documentation.
  • Conduct routine inventory audits and warehouse organization for accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Track shipments including serial numbers, lot numbers, statuses, and logistics records.
  • Coordinate with program personnel, OEMs, transport providers, and government stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Support logistics planning, sustainment activities, fielding efforts, and product support for PM PNT systems.
  • Develop and maintain logistics documentation, sustainment plans, and acquisition support docs.
  • Participate in IPTs and provide schedule inputs and status updates to support objectives.
  • Assist with audits and audit readiness by maintaining and updating required docs.
  • Assist with logistics resource planning, budget planning, and sustainment strategy development.
  • Provide support for classified and unclassified logistics operations and participate in meetings as required.

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Logistics Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support the U.S. Army Project Manager Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT) under the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services contract. The selected candidate will support Product Manager Combat Ready by providing logistics, shipping and receiving, inventory management, property accountability, and product support activities in accordance with Army logistics regulations, policies, and acquisition requirements. This position will play a critical role in maintaining accountability of government property, coordinating shipments, supporting audits, and ensuring efficient logistics operations across PM PNT programs.

Duties/ Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against shipping documentation, purchase orders, and government property accountability forms including DD Form 1149, DD Form 1348-1A, DD Form 1150, DD Form 2062, and DD Form 3161.
  • Prepare, package, label, and coordinate outgoing shipments while ensuring compliance with government transportation and shipping requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and property accountability documentation for government equipment and assets.
  • Conduct routine inventory audits, stock reconciliations, and warehouse organization activities to ensure inventory accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Track and document incoming and outgoing shipments, including serial numbers, lot numbers, shipment statuses, and supporting logistics records.
  • Coordinate with program personnel, OEMs, transportation providers, and government stakeholders to resolve shipping issues and provide shipment status updates.
  • Support logistics planning, sustainment activities, fielding efforts, and product support initiatives for PM PNT systems.
  • Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of logistics documentation, sustainment plans, and acquisition support documentation.
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and provide logistics schedule inputs and status updates to support program objectives.
  • Support logistics audits and audit readiness efforts by maintaining, reviewing, updating, and providing required logistics and sustainment documentation.
  • Assist with logistics resource planning, budget planning activities, and sustainment strategy development.
  • Provide support for classified and unclassified logistics operations and participate in classified meetings as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Knowledge of Army logistics regulations, policies, and property accountability procedures.
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and government property accountability documentation.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience supporting U.S. Army logistics, sustainment, or acquisition programs.
  • Familiarity with PM PNT systems, fielding operations, or product support activities.
  • Experience with logistics audits, audit readiness initiatives, and government property accountability programs.
  • Knowledge of Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Integrated Logistics Assessments (ILA), Depot Source of Repair (DSOR), and related logistics documentation.
  • Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Familiarity with logistics information systems and inventory management tools.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant DoD logistics experience; OR
  • Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of 1 year of relevant DoD logistics experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Travel Requirement:
  • Limited travel may be required in support of logistics operations, inventory activities, fielding events, audits, and program meetings.
Security Clearance Requirement:

Active Secret clearance strongly preferred. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance required.
