Sotera Health in West Memphis, AR, is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Operator to support receiving, movement, and loading of product within the facility. The role requires forklift operation, data entry, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include verifying counts and lot numbers, moving palletized goods, coordinating driver pickups, and assisting with other tasks as directed by supervision. High school diploma or GED and forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 0–12 months of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts.
• Proficient with computer data entry and basic spreadsheets.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming product, verify counts and lot numbers, note damage and enter data.
• Operate forklift to move pallets, unload/load from trucks.
• Move product between processing areas with forklift.
• Remove samples and coordinate shipment of samples.
• Shrink-wrap palletized finished product for return to customer.
• Schedule pickup with trucking company and load pallets onto trailers.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
