Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or 3+ years in manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members to apply PBM principles and culture.
• Mentor, coach, and hold direct reports accountable.
• Responsible for product system metrics impacted by people performance.
• Align asset strategies with department goals and ensure capability to execute.
• Collaborate with performance, manufacturing engineers, and training leaders to build technician capabilities.
• Ensure development plans align with mill and paper machine goals.
• Accountable for labor cost, overtime, and staffing for the team.
• Identify measures signaling technician performance; manage risk and hazards with the team.
• Foster safe and compliant operations following PBM guiding principles.
