Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with required experience; higher degrees considered.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (citizenship required).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint-based solutions.
• Experience building/administering SharePoint lists/workflows for logistics/engineering.
• Excellent communication with internal/external customers; detail-oriented.
• Experience with US Government supply chain/shipping GFE per import/export rules.
• Physical ability to move objects 30–50 lb.

Responsibilities

• SharePoint administration, development, and data automation for programs.
• Create dashboards and data models to support engineering and logistics decisions.
• Maintain calendars, power apps/automate solutions, and asset tracking reports.
• Oversee program SharePoint data structures and data exports for customers.
• Coordinate shipments and inbound/outbound logistics with NG teams and customers.
• Track RMA actions, failures, spares, and reliability data for maintenance.
