Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Logistics Services Coordinator located in Elkridge, MD.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven problem solver. Employee will support the Troy Hill Sustainment program team coordinating hardware movement and repair order maintenance. They will work closely with Operations Program Management, Manufacturing, Inspection, Quality, and Supervision, executing deliveries, troubleshooting issues, and improving processes.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules.
Maintains factory orders updating and assisting in determining possible and actual shortages; may initiate action to correct these deficiencies.
Collaborate with multiple functions within the Troy Hill Sustainment team as well as other Northrop Grumman locations for the smooth flow of materials, parts, and assemblies.
Uses knowledge of production, procurement, and engineering departments to alert proper authorities regarding potential problems and appropriate remedial action.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent GED.
Ability to lift 30-50 lb. hardware.
Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret Level Security Clearance.
Microsoft Office Proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in Production Control.
Experience in SAP ERP System.
Experience in GOLD Gov’t Tracking System.
A current/active U.S. DoD Secret Level Clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree.
