Job description

Arrow Electronics is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual who works well in a fast‑paced electronics distribution center in Reno, NV to serve as a Logistics Services Associate Manager I (Exempt level Supervisor).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of one or more Logistics or Value Add departments, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
• Supervise the daily operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value‑add center, managing non‑exempt tactical personnel.
• Participate in staffing, terminations, disciplinary counseling, performance management, and development in conjunction with facility management.
• Report and track departmental metrics, responding to internal customer inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of business or technical support or production teams.
• Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion.
• Be accountable for the results of small‑sized routine support or production operations teams.
• Train team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations.
• Manage a team of 15+ employees.

What We Are Looking For

• Typically requires a 4‑year degree and/or 2–4 years of related experience, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous management experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Expect to work 40+ hours per week, including some Saturdays and/or Sundays.
• Long periods of standing required.

Work Arrangement

• Fully in‑office: employee will be onsite at the Reno warehouse 5–6 days per week.

Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate

$67,000.00 – $80,300.00. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive will be finalized at offer.
